SyneuraX for clinics
For rehabilitation, physiotherapy and occupational-therapy centers, hospital neurology and rehab departments, cognitive-rehabilitation clinics, and senior-care centers — with tele-rehab on the horizon.
For the clinic manager
Real competitive differentiation, low deployment cost (standalone headsets plus an ordinary Windows server), and measurable outputs that demonstrate quality of care.
For the therapist
Live session control and monitoring, clean data for decisions, a level designer for personalizing exercises, and reports that build themselves — less busywork, more therapy.
For patients & families
Exercises that feel like play and build motivation, progress that can be seen, and plain-language reports for the patient and the family.
Deployment requirements
- An ordinary Windows PC as the therapist station (WPF software install).
- One or more Meta Quest 2 / 3 / 3S headsets — standalone, no PC per headset.
- The clinic's local network (LAN/Wi-Fi) — automatic server discovery; no internet needed to run a session.
- Data stays in the clinic's local database; built-in backup and retention policy.
- Care-team onboarding in one short session — bilingual Persian/English interface.
What hardware do we need?
A Windows PC for the therapist station and one or more Meta Quest headsets (2, 3 or 3S). Both join the clinic's local network — no other special hardware is required.
System Requirements
- Windows 11
- Intel Core i5 processor (12th generation or newer), with at least 5 cores
- Minimum 8 GB of RAM
- SSD storage with at least 5 GB of available free space
- A network (Ethernet) port is required, or an Ethernet adapter must be provided if the system does not have a built-in network port.
Is patient data sent to the internet?
No. All data — records, sessions and metrics — is stored on the clinic's own server, and the system works fully without internet access.
How do BodyVR, CognitionVR and Full differ?
The server is identical in all three. BodyVR enables the motor exercises, CognitionVR the cognitive ones, and Full enables both. You can upgrade the edition at any time.
How much control does the clinician have during a session?
Full control: a live in-headset view, real-time metrics, on-the-fly difficulty and environment changes, and the ability to skip or retry levels whenever needed.
How are setup and training conducted?
The process of supplying the equipment, activating the headset, and installing the required software takes up to 14 business days. After completing the setup process, a 4-hour training session will be provided either in person or online by our specialists.
Can it support research and insurance documentation?
Yes. Standard objective metrics, complete session history and citable reports serve both clinical studies and treatment documentation.
