One platform, two worlds of exercise, one patient record
The SyneuraX philosophy is clear: the product is entirely VR — everything happens inside the headset world — and in the second stage, AI and AR are combined with it; first for cognition and the mind, then for physical rehabilitation. It runs in two parts: the central server (the clinician's command station) and the headset exercises in two suites, cognitive and motor. The license — CognitionVR, BodyVR or Full — only decides which suite is enabled, and everything works fully offline.
The meaning of X: mind × body
In the SyneuraX name, X marks the crossing point: the cognitive suite rebuilds memory, attention, planning and impulse control; the motor suite rebuilds reactions, range of motion and hand skill. The exercise world is built entirely in virtual reality; in the second stage, AI tunes the difficulty to the patient and AR extends the experience. The two worlds are not separate — most cognitive exercises also have a “motor mode”, so mind and body train together.
The closed loop of care
Prescribe → exercise → measure → adjust. The clinician builds or selects the program, the patient trains in a safe, pleasant space, every movement becomes an objective metric, and the next session's program is tuned by that data — not by guesswork.
Platform architecture
The server installs on the clinic's Windows PC and the headsets join it automatically over the local network. The in-headset view and live metrics stream to the clinician's desk, and the clinician's commands apply to the exercise the same instant — no internet, no cloud.
The cognitive suite — CognitionVR
Ten exercises in ten different worlds: memory, attention, focus, planning, impulse control and everyday life skills — arriving step by step, from clinical evaluation to release.
The motor suite — BodyVR
Fast reactions, range of motion, precise grasp-and-place and bilateral coordination — live and growing exercises for the upper limb.
Data that makes decisions
Five standard metrics across every exercise, plus each exercise's own indices — from the “dual-task cost” to “haste vs. lapse errors” — all collected in one record per patient. Progress is visible over time, reports are ready to share with patients and families, and all data stays on the clinic's own server.
About
Vision
Making data-driven neuro-cognitive rehabilitation accessible to every clinic — and, in the long run, every home — so that no recovery journey stalls for lack of tools, motivation, or data.
Mission
We give clinicians precise tools and patients lasting motivation: brain & body rehabilitation exercises made engaging by VR, personalized by AI, and measurable through objective data.
Brand values
- Science first — every claim and every exercise rests on neuroplasticity and motor learning, not tech hype.
- Human at the center — the patient is the hero; technology just builds the stage. The therapist is empowered, never replaced.
- Transparent data — progress must be visible: precise metrics for the clinician, understandable reports for the patient.
- Accessibility — affordable hardware, a bilingual interface, no heavy infrastructure.
- Responsible innovation — we build a rehabilitation aid, not a miracle cure; claims stay careful and documented.
The story of the name
SyneuraX = Syn + Neura + X — "Syn" is Greek for "together" (the root of synapse and synergy), "Neura" means nerve (the platform's core identity), and "X" stands for crossover, multiplier, and the unknown ahead. In one line: "where the neural networks of brain and body are woven back together by technology."
