SyneuraX Server

SyneuraX Server — the clinician's command station

A Windows application that puts the whole rehabilitation session in the clinician's hands: from selecting the patient and exercise program to live monitoring, on-the-fly difficulty adjustment and the end-of-session report. The same server powers all three editions — and since it works fully without internet, it can be used in any clinic, anywhere, from cities to the most remote areas.

Patient & record management

Patient profiles, full session history and progress trends in one place — with separate accounts per clinician.

Two-phase sessions

First “environment preparation” with nothing recorded, then “exercise start” counting from zero — so warm-up never pollutes session data.

Live session monitoring

The live in-headset view plus real-time metrics (accuracy, reaction, score) on the clinician's desk — with on-the-fly environment and difficulty changes.

Level Designer

Clinicians build custom level sets without code: goals, duration, difficulty and distraction — and share them with colleagues.

Adaptive progression

Levels advance on the patient's actual performance, and every patient resumes exactly where they left off.

Session & trend reports

End-of-session reports and progress-over-time charts — ready to share with the patient, the family and the care team.

Standard objective metrics

Five standard metrics across all exercises: successful actions, accuracy, score, survival time and actions-in-time — comparable across sessions and games.

Clinic local network

The server and headsets discover each other automatically on the local network — no complex setup, no internet required.

Data stays in the clinic

All patient data is stored on the clinic's own server — no cloud dependency. Privacy by default.

Bilingual, RTL-native UI

A complete Persian (RTL) and English interface for clinicians; simple, patient-friendly text inside the headset.

The four-step clinical flow

From patient selection to data review — every session has two phases: “environment preparation”, where nothing is recorded, and “exercise start”, where counting and measurement begin from zero. The result: clean, trustworthy data.

  1. 1

    Select & prescribe

The therapist chooses the patient and assigns the right exercise and level-set.

  2. 2

    Prepare

The patient dons the headset; the environment is set up and adjusted — nothing is recorded yet.

  3. 3

    Run the session

Official start with full capture; the therapist watches live, controls, and adjusts when needed.

  4. 4

    Review & adapt

Metrics and the report are reviewed; the next session is tuned by data.

One server, three licenses

The server is identical in all three editions; the license only decides which headset exercise categories are enabled: motor, cognitive, or both.
